A Little about
L.O.H.
Ladies of Harley (LOH) is a benefit of Full or Associate membership in National
Harley Owners Group. It is not a separate organization within a chapter. LOH was
established by H.O.G. to encourage women to become more active members of both
the local Harley Owners Groups and motorcycling in general.
Since its establishment more women are getting involved in the world of
motorcycling, both as riders and as passengers. The focus of North Hampton, NH
Seacoast Chapter's Ladies of Harley today has become one of assisting in Chapter
events, organizing LOH sponsored rides (which are open to all members) and
encouraging more women to be involved with the Chapter.
LOH
meetings are held on the Tuesday night following our monthly business
meetings. We meet at the Old Salt
Restaurant located on Rt.1 in Hampton, NH at the junction of Rt. 1 and Rt. 27.
The meetings officially start at 6:30 but many of the ladies come early to have
supper and socialize. New members are
always welcomed.
As
a member of the Ladies of Harley, along with the good feeling of being part of
this unique group, H.O.G. also recognizes your efforts.
All that is required to join LOH is a call to National HOG (800) 258-2464
and a request to join: it costs nothing.
The only requirement is that you be a Full or Associate member of
National H.O.G. When you join you will receive a pin and patch in recognition of
your membership to the Ladies of Harley and it will be reflected on your
National H.O.G. membership card. If you have any questions please contact our
Ladies of Harley officer, Deb Ciampa at 978-535-6735 or by email at Champs978@verizon.net.
Hope to see you soon!!

Ladies of Harley Contests
The
Mileage Challenge

In
this challenge the contestant will submit their mileage to the LOH officer on
April 1st and then again on Nov. 1st. The rider with the most accumulated miles
wins!
There
will be separate contests for men and women riders. Only one entry allowed per
motorcycle.
The
Historical Monument/Statue Challenge
This
second challenge will be to see who can get the most pictures of “their bike
and a historical monument or statue”. You see them everywhere, parks, cities,
libraries… The contest will be judged on “Quality, Quantity, Creativity, and
Locations”.
Just
remember to be safe and smart, you can’t win the contest if you aren’t
around!
Have
fun!
